Another winter storm hit the region last night - and we were right in the thick of it. The pictures above were taken about 7:30 am. By nightfall, we measured 7 inches and snow was still falling. Looks like school will be cancelled most of the week and Bobby's waiting to see how his work-week will shape up. As Bobby and I discussed over lunch, we've had a true winter this year...with three "major" snows since December (mid-December, Christmas & today) all with a minimum 6" snowfall. Thompson and Bobby spent the morning outside. Thompson and Anna then watched "How to Train Your Dragon", complete with popcorn and hot chocolate. After lunch, we bundled WIlliam up for his snow outing. As you'll see from the pictures, he's bundled in every color of the rainbow (red gloves, orange pants, yellow coat, green hat and blue boots). It's amazing what you'll piece-meal together to keep a toddler warm (especially since we never took Thompson out in the snow when he was this age...or maybe we just didn't have any major snows like this one!)
