VBS - Everyday Heroes

Thompson participated in our church's VBS this past week.  The theme "Everyday Heroes: Ordinary but Extraordinary" focused around Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." They talked about the many types of heroes around us and used the stories of Esther, Samson and David to teach the children about how God makes us unique.  T had a great time and I think his favorite part was Dennis Lee and his puppets.  We've also enjoyed "rocking out" to the songs that we have on the VBS CD.
