Really!?

Over the past week or so, William has shocked us with the things he is learning and enjoying.  To highlight...

• he learned how to open the pantry door!  he slid the kitchen chair to the pantry door, crawled into the chair, opened the door about an inch and then reached up to push down the child safety lever to open the door all the way.  then he closed the door, pushing the lever down so the door would close completely
• he loves lawnmowers, just like Thompson at the same age
• he enjoys watching YouTube videos of lawnmowers, fire trucks, garbage trucks, trains and guitars
• he finds times during the day when he is really interested in peeing on the potty
• he is as excited to see the garbage truck each Tuesday as Thompson
• he keeps "mom" on repeat throughout the day
• he has certain "type a" tendancies such as making sure doors and drawers are closed (guess he gets those honestly)
